Job description
An outstanding Technical Product Manager candidate for our Product department is a strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to track requirements and efficiently reprioritize priorities. With a strong strategic background, they excel in guiding cross-functional teams to execute product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Effective communication and collaboration skills are paramount, as they work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for special teams projects, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Create and manage a product roadmap, outlining feature development, enhancements, and optimization initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Work closely with development teams, marketing, sales, data science, and other departments to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and industry dynamics.
- Provide technical leadership by translating business requirements, guiding the development team, and ensuring successful implementation.
- Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends, identifying opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and execute comprehensive testing plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable products.
Requirements - Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant technical or business field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in the affiliate marketing or performance marketing industry.
- PMP Certification
- Comfortable with complex technical concepts with the ability to understand and simplify and communicate.
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering successful software products.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
