We are a growing insurance defense law firm looking to add a Litigation Associate to our Hartford, CT office. With three decades of experience we have built a reputation with our clients for exceeding expectations. What You Will Be Doing

You will be in charge of managing your cases from inception to fruition with the support of an experienced team of Sr. Associates and Partners. You will be expected to do legal research, take and defend depositions, prepare and respond to discovery, assist with mediation, arbitration, trials, draft and argue dispositive motions, and hearings. You will be handling complex litigation cases including claims related to premises liability, products liability, construction loses, motor vehicle liability, fire losses, and toxic torts.

What You Need for this Position

In order to be successful you must be barred in CT and have at least 3 years of litigation experience. You will have strong skills in research, discovery, depositions, drafting , and case management. You will have excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
