Minimum Years of Experience: 8+ Years

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders
Strong experience with database technologies, including proficiency in Oracle skills
Proficiency in shell scripting for automation tasks
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile development practices
Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus

Financial domain experience is a plus
