Public Sector Channel Marketing Manager – North America Synopsys Integrity Group is seeking an experienced Public Sector Channel Marketing Manager who will be key to our NA channel marketing team. This position reports to the Director of Global Channel Marketing and requires strong marketing execution capabilities along with an ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external (partner) marketing, Public Sector channel sales, and executives.
Key Responsibilities - Create, execute, and communicate a GTM strategy for Public Sector field and channel marketing.
- Work closely with Public Sector sales team and partners to develop and execute marketing plans to support sales goals and objectives.
- Create online content and collateral for Synopsys US Public Sector that creates a compelling journey for Federal and SLED personnel.
- Development and management of partner campaign kits, co-branded assets, and other partner-focused collateral for Public Sector
- Identify, design, manage and execute marketing events and campaigns with Public Sector sales team.
- Measure campaign impact through SFDC reporting, evaluate channel campaign ROI, and present recommendations for improvement.
- Own quarterly and annual Public Sector marketing pipeline generation goals, leveraging MDF to achieve targets.
- Responsible for plan, execution and reporting of MDF activities.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors as needed for promotional items, and events logistics.
- Assist with planning and leading partner recruitment, enablement, and training initiatives.
Qualifications - Minimum of 5-8 years in Public Sector, Partner field marketing or channel marketing experience. Cybersecurity is a plus.
- Recent experience in DevOps, Application Security, or Cyber Security marketing or channel operations
- Experience owning and partnering on marketing programs with an understanding of how to measure performance. Including, but not limited to, demand generation, partner enablement, sales contests, etc.
- Experience with GTM routes with different types of partners, which include but are not limited to, Distribution, VAR, Federal System Integrators.
- PRM experience including building campaigns and dashboards and managing page updates.
- Salesforce.com experience is preferred.
- Experience setting up and managing webinars and email marketing (Zoom and Marketo)
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and communicate effectively.
- A great team player and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and strong project management skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $100,000.00-$150,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
