Western Container – Customer Service Representative
Western Container Corporation is on a mission to deliver exceptional customer service while producing high-quality products. We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team, playing a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers from order entry to shipping.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Engage with customers via phone or in-person, providing accurate information about products/services. Efficiently process orders and maintain precise records of customer interactions and inquiries.
Verify and implement changes to resolve customer issues promptly. Document complaints and follow up within 48 hours to confirm satisfaction.
Collaborate with management and manufacturing teams to coordinate orders and resolve disputes. Take initiative, propose solutions, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate contract documentation and handle administrative tasks with 98% accuracy. Record shipment data for reporting and accounting purposes.
Identify and recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, and service. Uphold the company's commitment to excellence.
Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
