Program Manager
Location - Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid mode of working - 3 days a week from office)

Skills required:
Excellent communication skills
a. Manage complex projects involving stakeholders (with different levels of seniority) from teams like (TECH, PRODUCT, OPS)
b. Involved in different ceremonies (GAP analysis, PI panning etc) right from setting the agenda, getting the desired outcomes. Ensuring the working group meeting are on track.
Proficient in creating executive level summary reports in PPTs and well versed with excel.
Well versed with Agile ways of working including the extensive usage of tools like JIRA, Confluence etc to monitor and control the projects, including dashboards, reports etc.
