Night Shift X-Ray Technician

Job Description: As a Night Shift X-ray technician, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team, performing diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients during the night shift. You will operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images of patient's internal structures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting X-ray examinations following prescribed protocols and procedures.
- Position patients correctly and provide clear instructions to obtain the necessary images.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality of medical information.
- Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and communicate findings.
- Monitored equipment functionality and performed routine maintenance as needed.
- Adhering to all safety standards and protocols to minimize radiation exposure risks for patients and staff.
Requirements: - Valid certification or license as an X-ray technician.
- Proven experience working as an X-ray technician, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and related imaging software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
