Job Details:

Position : RN Unit Manager

Location : Hamden, CT 06514.

Shift : 7:00 pm 3:30 pm

Contract : 8 weeks

Start : ASAP

Requirements:

• State RN license
• AHA BLS certified

• Min. 1-2 years of RN Supervisor/Nurse Manager/Unit Manager experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance.
• Maintaining and restoring the health of their patients.
• Managing daily treatment schedules.
• Enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Solving staffing issues and shortages.
• Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient condition
