Job description

Join our team as a Senior Systems Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Department of Defense Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness in a remote capacity. At our organization, we're committed to enhancing military readiness, providing personnel support, and fostering innovation within the nation's defense sector.

Responsibilities:

Provide organized staff services to DoD or other federal agencies, facilitating management functions and aiding in the formulation, coordination, and communication of major policy decisions.
Focus on strategic and operational readiness, workforce education programs, talent management policies, and community family policies within the military and/or civilian workforce.
Support the delivery of top-notch healthcare to all military or civilian members, retirees, and families.
Strengthen and promote the resilience and readiness of the workforce through integrated policies in areas such as diversity management, personnel risk reduction, and collaborative efforts with other federal agencies.
Offer financial management expertise to support missions related to program applications and business processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science).
8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with individual projects in one or more of the specified task areas.
Desired:

Experience across multiple task areas.
Professional license in a relevant field.
Work Setting and Environment:

Monday - Friday, regular working hours.
Remote work.
