The Role:

As the Vice President of Commercial Sales for the Employer Channel, you will be the driving force behind our strategic vision for sales excellence. This pivotal role focuses on harnessing opportunities within the employer segment to maximize revenue, expand our market share, and elevate profit margins. You will be the torchbearer for innovation, leading with foresight and strategic acumen to navigate the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and spearhead a dynamic revenue generation strategy that aligns with our overarching business goals.
Cultivate a deep understanding of market dynamics to identify new opportunities that propel us towards topline growth.
Lead with visionary zeal, setting the direction for our sales and operations teams to achieve and surpass revenue objectives.
Forge and nurture pivotal relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure unparalleled satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze market trends and competitive shifts to guide strategic decisions, ensuring our offerings resonate with customer needs and industry demands.
Champion cross-functional collaboration, especially with product development, to ensure our solutions are in perfect harmony with client expectations.
Embed a culture of excellence within the team, providing mentorship and leadership that inspires outstanding performance and achievement.

What We're Looking For:

A seasoned professional with at least 5 years of managerial experience in B2B sales, specifically within the employer segment, and 10+ years in the healthcare industry.
A strategic thinker with a Bachelor's degree, though a Master's degree would be highly preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
A proven leader with a knack for navigating fast-paced environments and prioritizing effectively to meet and exceed objectives.
A visionary with a results-driven mindset, committed to driving growth and operational excellence.
Experience with Salesforce.com, healthcare IT, and data analytics would be a significant advantage.
