Seeking Experienced Home Improvement Sales Reps - Full Time
- 75-100K per year

Seeking passionate and motivated sales professionals to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are naturally great at talking to people, and have at least 1-3 years of in-home/solar sales experience (preferred).
Our company believes solar should be easy to access and above all, affordable for everyone. Through our multiple financing options, we are making it possible for families to invest in their homes, reduce utility costs, and create a greener future for all. To provide more options for our customers we work with multiple installers throughout the country. Solar is one of the fastest growing industries right now, and we want you to grow with us.
Our Sales Reps are the heart and soul of our company as they create first impressions and drive the sales process from acquisition to post installation follow ups. Y our responsibilities will involve scheduling. appointments and and delivering in-home presentations.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience required ( preferred: In home sales, solar sales, home improvement sales, etc.)
- Must have a strong understanding of the solar industry and how solar works
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Experience negotiating and closing large contracts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be comfortable lead generating in residential areas
- Must be able to work under little supervision, and be motivated to maintain goals
- Excellent organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Providing the best customer service experience and utmost professionalism at all times
- Educating potential customers on the benefits of switching to solar energy through sales presentations
- Helping customers choose the right products and services based on their needs and budget
- Some warm leads provided, but also some lead generating in residential areas, qualifying leads, and setting appointments
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, explaining contracts, negotiating and closing sales
- Having a passion for solar and renewable energy
- Participate in team meetings and training to uphold and enhance skills
- Continuously hit individual and team goals
