Job Description
For the new organization of OE Wiper systems within MA, you generate a link between Sales and Business Unit and act as a consultant for management and other stakeholders with focus on sales controlling topics.
- Coordination of NA sales planning processes (BP, CF, CFM, MBR) for all relevant Sales KPIs (e.g. PCR, Big 5 Compensations, Special Sales, A/R overdues), conduct measure and O/R tracking in close collaboration with the customer teams and monitoring of overall sales performance, also with regard to GM1 and EBIT development. Take active part in consolidating of mentioned KPIs in the respective MA tools (e.g. ISA).
- Preparation and execution of management reviews, ensure consistent and reliable data and support Sales and Business Unit in steering with a content-based approach.
- Identification and execution of process improvement opportunities, including automating existing reports and stream-lining processes to increase efficiency. As active member of the global Wiper-SCP-Community, you also exchange best practices with counterparts in other regions.
- Prepare / develop financial analysis, insight and interpretation of results and be able to communicate findings in executive summaries.
- Take over projects within the CTG area; participate as commercial counterpart in regional and global projects.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent area of study.
- 5-8 years of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) experience, including budgeting, forecasting, transfer price management and analysis.
- Thorough knowledge of financial analysis and accounting procedures, knowledge of other departments' procedures relative to financial, budgetary analysis and internal availability of operational data.
- Ability to understand/ solve complex issues, summarize and provide accurate advice.
- Strong analytical and organization skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (both written and oral).
- Excellent computer skills; report generation and statistical computation (SAP-, Hyperion-, Business Warehouse-Knowledge a plus).
- Be proficient in data mining and correlate multiple data points to identify, synthesize and recommend business decisions and direction.
Preferred:
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- An understanding of Robert Bosch practices.
