Job description
The Institute of Life Span Studies, University of Kansas, seeks a full-time assistant researcher. The position of Assistant Researcher will work primarily on data collection and management activities for a federally funded research project. The Assistant Researcher will work closely with the lab coordinator and will collaborate with graduate students and undergraduates to complete research activities. Additionally, some travel may be involved to assist with data collection. Travel would include flying to places within the continental US to visit families in their homes, administer standardized assessments and videotape parent-child interactions. The position is contingent on funding, with an initial appointment period of 1-yr beginning February 2024, with the possibility of renewal depending on available funding and satisfactory job performance.
