We are seeking an Accounting Manager with strong ERP experience to join our client’s Accounting Department. The Accounting professional will manage a small team on the full Month end close process, AP/AR, and Inventory transactions of the company. Their diverse office is located near Parsippany, NJ, off of Rt46 or Rt 10. This is a Manufacturing client, thus making the industry a requirement. Are you ready for your new adventure? Accounting Manager Location: near Parsippany, NJ (In-office) Salary: approx. $100-110k Responsibilities: - Manage a small team
- Own the full Month end close process and General Ledger Analysis
- Manages AP and AR functions, including journal entry approvals
- Financial Statement Analysis
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist with Inventory transactions
Skills Needed: - Manufacturing industry experience, required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related
- At least 5 yrs. of Accounting experience
- Heavy ERP Software experience, a must have
- Strong Excel (pivot tables vlookups)
