Job description
Roberts Disability Law, P.C. is a Bay Area law firm that helps clients with private disability and life insurance claims. We are looking to hire a part-time legal assistant for our growing firm. The position is for approximately 20-25 hours a week to start, with the possibility of growing into a full-time position. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, extremely organized, and has a demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for working both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will possess law firm experience and be comfortable with technology as we are entirely cloud-based. Work hours are flexible, but candidates should be able to work in the office, located in Jack London Square, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday. This is not a remote work position, but you will be supporting team members who work remotely.

The hourly rate for this position is $30/hour. The selected candidate will be able to participate in the firm’s 401(k) plan. Other benefits include accrual of two weeks of PTO and paid holidays. If the position becomes regularly scheduled for 30+ hours a week, other benefits include medical and dental insurance.
