(ASI) has provided both security and customer service to its clients for over 25 years in the Denver area. We are currently seeking an exceptional and experienced Scheduling Agent candidate for a full-time, 40 hour position in our corporate office located in Aurora, Colorado.

Shift:

Sunday - Thursday 11PM to 7AM

Duties/Job Description:

• A Scheduler / Dispatcher with ASI has two primary responsibilities: Remote monitoring / Access control and Security Officer Scheduling.
• Otherwise known as SOC agents in the office, this position is accountable for remotely monitoring and controlling the access of employees, visitors, and contractors to various buildings, as well as coordinating with emergency response personnel.
• Agents are also responsible for scheduling security officers for premiere security accounts across Colorado. Agents will be required to maintain detailed records and reports during their shifts.
• The agents in the operations center are responsible for the security operations of the company after-hours and on the weekend.

Basic Requirements:

• 21 years of age
• 2+ years of scheduling or dispatch related experience a must
• High school diploma or GED required
• US citizenship or possess the right to work permit
• Ability to pass a drug screen test and background check prior to hiring (to include THC)
• Must be very detail orientated
• Must have the ability to work closely with management
• Ability to fluently speak, read, and write English
• Ability to handle high call volumes
• Must be able to think quickly in emergency situations
• Must work well in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience in personnel scheduling (WinTeam)
• Previous experience with access control systems/remote monitoring (Avigilon)
• High proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
• Ability to type 65-75 WPM
