Now, we're seeking a visionary leader to join our team and help us navigate the exciting challenges and opportunities ahead. As the VPBF, you'll report directly to the President and oversee a diverse portfolio including Information Technology Services, Financial Operations, and Facilities Management. With an annual institutional budget of $48 million, you'll serve as our financial guru, providing clear guidance as we chart our course through changing demographics and evolving educational landscapes. Collaboration is key at W&J, and as VPBF, you'll be an integral part of our Senior Leadership team, working closely with three board committees to ensure our financial stewardship remains strong. You'll also partner with campus leaders to identify growth opportunities, streamline operations, and enhance our use of resources to support our mission of providing a top-tier liberal arts education.
