Production Lead jobs require candidates to
1. To do the daily activities:
o Receipts.
o Keyed out the Spare Parts.
o Cycle Counts.
2. To define and implement Inventory Controls:
o Guarantee the process the receipt and delivery processes of goods in the warehouse.
v FIFO (First In First Out).
vMaintain, organize, and upkeep records for storage of MRO components in SAP.
vWork with all the involved areas in the receipt process to have a standard process for receiving MRO goods and services.
o Create the cycle counts program and ensures its accomplishment to keep accurate records in SAP.
vDefine and tracking the cycle counts calendar to ensure the system and physical inventory are corresponding.
ü SAP information vs physical inventory should be the same.
o Root cause high variances with action plans to maintain accuracy.
o Reconciliation and proper obsolete material disposal.
vCreate a catalog to sell the obsolete material (material specification card).
o Reconciliation of duplicated material .
vClean the system and work with the tech areas to standardize materials and tools.
o Participate and lead the Annual Physical inventory of Crib.
3. Maintain, organize, and keep updated records of environmental documentation on MRO products.
o SDS (Safety Data Sheet).
o Monthly consumption.
4. Tracking of main activities at the CRIB.
o Keep track of this in a defined KPI format.
o Stock Differences.
o New Locations.
o Compliance with suppliers.
o Inform to the Buyers of expediting needs.
vShortage warning.
vOver / under consumption.
o Daily 5’s and work area organization.
5. Support team functions by:
o Kaizen submittal and implementation.
o Cross-training with others.
o Problem solving.
6. Perform any other duties as deemed necessary or appropriate.
