Job description

At Buckeye Toyota, we strive to make every customer a customer for life. Our Ohio dealerships have been proudly serving the Lancaster & Columbus areas for many years. We are seeking a part-time customer service representative with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This position does require evening shifts, (11:00am - 8:00pm), and Saturday hours. Pay Rate: $15.00/hour. This individual is responsible for greeting customers, processing rentals, answering telephone calls, responding to customer questions and complaints, disclosing rates, terms and conditions of rental, and obtaining customer signatures. Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
• Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
