Position Overview
Our client is actively seeking driven and competent Commissioned Mortgage Loan Officers to enhance their dynamic team. This role offers a significant opportunity for motivated individuals to excel in a commissionbased position backed by extensive company support and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate mortgage loans by establishing and maintaining client relationships nurturing referral networks and actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Guide applicants through the loan process from the initial qualification and advising on product selection to application submission and closing.
- Evaluate client needs and financial situations to recommend the most suitable mortgage products and services.
- Stay compliant with all regulatory standards and keep abreast of the mortgage industrys latest trends and interest rates.
- Work closely with internal teams including underwriting and processing to ensure seamless and efficient loan closure processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service embodying our clients values of integrity transparency and personalized attention.

Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated success as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a similar role with a solid track record of loan origination.
- Able to generate your own book of business through referral partners.
- Deep understanding of mortgage products loan processing and financial legal regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly selfmotivated with a commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering superior customer service.
- You must be licensed as a mortgage loan officer in the applicable state(s) in which you wish to originate loans.
- Past track record of successfully closing mortgage loans.
