Typical Day in the Role

Within this team the client provides comprehensive operational services for Foreign Exchange, Equity, Interest Rate and Credit Derivatives which are traded globally. With hubs in all parts of the world and partnerships across multiple groups such as technology, finance, front office, and credit risk. A role within this organization provides continuous opportunities to learn and develop a diverse skill set. The combination of high volumes and large dollar exposure creates a fast-paced work environment.

Team Description:

The Client Account Services team provides critical services impacting all parts of the trade lifecycle. The team interacts with clients daily to create and maintain client contact information and other reference data in numerous systems.

Key Responsibilities

Setup and maintenance of all derivatives static data within various financial reporting application systems.

Incumbent will ensure appropriate and timely escalation of issues.

Exhibit client relationship management and work to improve the client experience.

Support of UAT Testing

Understand and adhere to the controls and regulations surrounding the products and processes.

Key Skills

* Strong level of initiative and drive to succeed.

* Proven ability to work independently and with a team.

* Basic understanding of securities and derivatives products.

* Comfortable liaising with internal partners.

* Ability to build and maintain partnerships across multiple internal functions & groups.

* Ability to quickly understand workings of a complex processing system.

Qualifications

* bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
