Job Summary:

As a Quality Systems Administrator you will support tasks and special projects to aid in compliance and improvement of the Quality System.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Comply with PCC Code of Conduct requirements and all PCC Cardinal Rules (e.g. Quality and Safety).
• Comply and enforce Cardinal Rules of Quality.
• Maintain quality documents and approved supplier list.
• Manage customer quality surveys. Under general supervision establish and maintain quality systems and compliance program, procedures, and controls to ensure that the performance and quality of product confirms to the established processes and procedures.
• Perform supplier management activities including quality management system audits, periodic reviews of quality and delivery performance data.
• Monitor quality control activities and processes at suppliers. Review and analyze corrective action and non-conformance data to eliminate non-conformances.
• Supporting development and implementation of Quality projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess the ability to work autonomously on specific compliance or quality system projects within determined timelines.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Critical thinker, detailed oriented, while overseeing multiple tasks for several projects.
• Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Capable of creating and using Excel Pivot Tables and VLookup, preferred.
• Experience providing project support to management.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with Aerospace Quality Systems.
