Location : Tea, SD (right off I-29)
Work Hours : 7:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday (40 regular hours + 5 hours overtime) 
Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hour 

Position Summary: 
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management processes. Responsibilities will include loading and unloading material, inspecting incoming materials, and delivering items to appropriate locations. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a face-paced environment.  

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare outgoing shipments by checking items against orders and ensuring accuracy.
2. Help resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inbound or outbound shipments.
3. Receive incoming shipments, verify contents again purchase orders.
4. Assist in loading and unloading shipments onto and from trucks.  
5. Inspect received items for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
6. Record received items in inventory management system and updated inventory records accordingly.
7. Communicate with relevant departments to ensure timely processing of received goods.
8. Handle returns and exchanges, processing paperwork and restocking inventory as necessary.
9. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
10. Assist in organizing records of shipping and receiving activities.
11. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards governing shipping and receiving operations.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or Warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience 

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.

• Effective time-management tactical approach to work prioritization.

Pay:
Hiring Salary Range: $20.00-$25.00/hour

Note: The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is eligible for a bonus.
