Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Processing customer orders and managing the end-to-end sales process for our cutting-edge golf simulators.

Coordinating with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery and installation of our product at customer premises.

Updating and maintaining order and logistics database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Liaising with the sales team to align on inventory levels, potential delays, or any other issues impacting customer orders.

Handling customer inquiries related to their orders and providing updates on shipment statuses.

Supporting the returns process, including recording returns, coordinating pick-ups, and ensuring prompt refunds or exchanges.

Efficient order processing and management:

Our team works diligently to process customer orders in a timely manner, from beginning to end. We understand the importance of delivering our cutting-edge equipment on time, and we work closely with our logistics department to ensure prompt delivery and installation at customer premises.

 

Accurate data management:

We know that accurate information is crucial when it comes to managing orders and logistics. That's why we have strict protocols in place to update and maintain our databases regularly, ensuring that all information is up-to-date

 

Experience

Experience in a sales order processing or logistics coordination role, preferably within the sports technology or similar industry.

·         Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

·         Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.

·         Proficiency in using order management and logistics software.

·         Knowledge/interest in golf
