Hospice Supervisor (RN)

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore a Hospice Supervisor position in Stamford, CT. Benefits:

• Annual Salary Range: $100,000 to $115,000

• Four Weeks PTO

• Will Work out of One Location (No Travel)

Responsibilities :

• Monday - Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Will Work out of One Location (No Travel)
• Rotate Call Coverage w/ Administrator (Phone Only)
• Oversee a Small Team of Direct Reports
• Monitor Patient Care
• Documentation Skills
• Strong Patient Assessment
• Patient Census 30-35

Requirements :

• Licensed RN in the State of Connecticut
• BSN – Three Years of Clinical Experience
• Reliable Transportation and Active Driver’s License
