That’s where you come in! As Executive Assistant , you will support our executive leaders for Magic: The Gathering and Duel Masters. You will handle the daily management of complex and time sensitive workflows, including logistical planning for meetings, heavy scheduling and calendar management, coordinating travel and expenses, and other essential business matters. We are looking for someone who communicates professionally and effectively, and has a passion for working alongside a world class team! What You'll Do: Carry out all administrative duties including scheduling, calendar management, processing expenses, purchase orders, invoice approval and travel management. Connect with global and regional employees on their leader's behalf to coordinate on going meetings both internally and externally. Coordinate team events in partnership with the leaders you support, including weekly team lunches, weekly staff meetings, holiday events, and offsite events. Proactively manage competing priorities as they arise. Navigate a hybrid team environment, consciously managing in-person and remote executive and team needs. Manage TCG administrative duties, including art uploads, product shot uploads, and storing on-hand product inventory for studio needs. Handle confidential information that requires discretion in communication for business purposes. What You'll Bring: 3+years of experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant, Curious - eager to learn and up-to-date on administrative and organizational tools, with well-honed problem definition and problem solving skills. Collaborative - able to build trust, partner, and advise peers and leaders of all levels. Empathetic - an administrative professional who delights in providing outstanding experiences for leaders, partners, and employees. Communicative - with integrity, clarity, and tact - promoting a positive working environment and demonstrating good judgement and professionalism in all engagements. Organized - with an eye towards continuous improvement to build and execute efficient, simple, and scalable processes. Tech-savvy - comfortable with both Mac and PC and an Office 365 power users with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs and systems.
