We are seeking passionate bilingual individuals fluent in Spanish to join our team as Bilingual/Spanish Mediterranean Cruise Customer Service Specialists. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our Spanishspeaking guests on board our luxurious cruise ships. From assisting with inquiries and reservations to ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their journey you will play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our passengers.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role. Home Office Setup: A quiet, professional workspace is essential. Ambient noise should be minimal to ensure focus and professionalism. Internet Requirements: A stable, high-speed internet connection (75+ Mbps download, 10+ Mbps upload) is crucial. Please note, that WiFi connectivity is incompatible with our client applications; an Ethernet connection is required. Communication Tools: Must have a phone readily available for support and assistance. Educational Background: Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both in writing and speaking, is a must. We value strong grammatical skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with consumers. Work Ethic: A strong dedication to your work and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are key. We\'re looking for committed individuals with a strong work ethic. Communication Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable. We pride ourselves on excellence in customer interactions. Technical Savvy: General knowledge of PCs is required to navigate our systems effectively. Background Check: Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check. Scheduling Flexibility: Availability for a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends is required.
