Position : Spring Associate  

Eligible Candidates : Must have a JD and plan to take the February 2024 California Bar Exam

Compensation : $49.38/Hour (Full-Time, Exempt)

Location : Torrance, CA, or Irvine, CA Office (No Remote Work Available)

Qualifications

• Be registered to take the California bar in February 2024
• Have outstanding academic success
• Have a high level of maturity, good judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to assume responsibility for the quality of your work
• Have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Be self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented 
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
• Be able to type at least 40-words per minute
• Be an excellent active listener 
• Have computer skills including proficiency in Google Workspace (formally Google Suite)
• Lastly, we look for students with well-rounded experience both in their scholastic background (law review, journal, moot court) and professional careers
