Join our Technical Sales & Solutions team as the team's first Associate Project Manager, where you'll quickly become integral in supporting our product, process, and Salesforce initiatives. In this role, you'll utilize your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail to manage databases and ensure service quality. Your organizational prowess will be vital in efficiently coordinating various tasks. Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes (First 6-12 Months):

Within the First 30 Days:
Familiarize yourself with our culture and meet the TS&S team.
Learn about our product offerings and gain insights into the sales process.
Acquire knowledge about system assignment and allocation processes.
Get acquainted with Salesforce and understand Sales Support/Customer Support Requests.
Engage with the Project Management team to understand their roles and responsibilities.

Within 3 Months:
Successfully assign and allocate assets in Salesforce.
Understand the Parent/Child relationship in creating accounts and its impact on the Portal.
Familiarize yourself with the Portal and gain insights into SAAS product offerings.
Ensure completion of all TS&S documentation attached to 100% of the deal, stored in the archive.
Participate in supporting a go-live event or Demo.
Actively engage in planning and deployment meetings.
Contribute to data accuracy by creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce.

By the End of the First Year:
Support training sessions at the customer site as needed.
Develop the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle all sales support functions.
Schedule projects, deployments, and labor while managing costs effectively.
Demonstrate the capability to stand in for Project Managers and the Deployment Manager when required.

As an Associate Project Manager, you'll engage in various tasks and responsibilities requiring the following skills and abilities on a regular basis:
Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are crucial for managing the Customer Success email inbox and ensuring exceptional service.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is essential for tasks such as managing databases, allocating systems, and creating reports to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Salesforce Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is vital for creating and managing account data, building reports, and dashboards.
Organizational Skills: The ability to organize and prioritize tasks is crucial for handling responsibilities such as Site Surveys, ConOps, and TS&S assignments.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis is necessary for creating meaningful reports and dashboards, contributing to informed decision-making.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective problem-solving skills are essential for resolving issues related to data accuracy, system allocation, and customer inquiries.
Team Collaboration: Collaborating with the Technical Sales & Solutions Team and other stakeholders is crucial for the success of pre-sales activities.
Adaptability: Adaptability to evolving priorities and challenges in the pre-sales environment is essential.

Location:
This role is based out of the HQ in Waltham, Massachusetts, with some flexibility in being remote on some days.

Salary Range:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $62,000 - $92,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
