The incumbent assists with preparation of foods in the Deli. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the departmental and Seminole Casino policies, practices and procedures.
High school diploma or GED required. A culinary apprenticeship or an AOS degree from a culinary institution is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Must possess a knowledge of sanitation and quality food preparation techniques.

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements.
