Position Overview: We are currently seeking dynamic and driven Alliance Managers to join our Strategic Partnerships team at [Company Name]. As an Alliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding strategic partnerships to propel business growth, broaden market reach, and elevate client satisfaction. This position offers the flexibility of being 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify, assess, and nurture strategic alliances aligned with our business objectives to enrich our service portfolio.
- Collaborate with leadership to devise and execute alliance strategies aimed at driving revenue and market share expansion.

Relationship Management:
- Cultivate enduring relationships with key alliance partners, fostering transparent communication and shared objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for alliance partners, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and nurturing productive collaborations.

Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Lead negotiations of partnership agreements, ensuring terms align with our strategic goals.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute agreements efficiently.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Align alliance initiatives with overarching business strategies by working closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Provide insights to internal teams regarding partner capabilities and collaborative opportunities.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for alliances, offering regular assessments on partnership effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership prospects.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in alliance management or a relevant role within the technology or consulting sector.
- Proficiency in negotiation and contract management.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of achieving business objectives.
- Familiarity with technology solutions and understanding of the IT training and consulting landscape.
- Willingness to travel as required.
