Job description
360 Office Solutions is a market leader in the provision of comprehensive office solutions. Our product and service range includes office supplies, mid-range furniture, technology and machines, cleaning and break room supplies, and coffee/beverage products. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base by building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new accounts while maintaining and growing existing ones
- Conduct regular sales calls to educate established customers on our office solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts
- Achieve sales, gross profit percentage, and gross profit dollar goals
- Conduct annual business reviews with assigned customers
- Provide machine and technology sales referrals to the appropriate team members
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Experience with Acsellerate is a plus)
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
