Description

Wage band range $90,0000.00 - $131,250.00 annually. However, starting pay is ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity.

Under the direction of the Regional Director of Ventura County the Clinical Program Manager of Camino a Casa is responsible for successfully operating the program to include clinical programing. program staff selection and supervision and managing all resources to ensure solid financial and clinical performance. The Clinical Program Manager is a member of the Leadership Team and works closely with other leaders to ensure the agency achieves its mission.

Qualifications, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to use various computer software. Knowledge of Title 22, Division 6 licensing requirements. Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. Strong human relations skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, budgets, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups pf managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and other state/federal licensing or certification requirements, including mandatory reporting requirements as per Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act (CANRA). Valid California Driver’s license, clean record.
