Job description

Full time Board Certified/Board Eligible, Family Medicine Physician to join our not-for profit health center. The Family Medicine Physician will work in an outpatient setting within a Family Health Center. The facility provides care to the underserved population of Chandler AZ. and qualifies for the NHSC (Score of 21) & Federal HPSA Loan Repayment Programs.

Requirements: M.D. or D.O. degree, valid Arizona license and be Board-certified or Board eligible.
