SiteOne Landscape Supply is looking for a Videography and Editing Intern to join our marketing team. This internship presents a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in videography, video editing, marketing, and communications.
The ideal intern will work closely with SiteOne’s small but mighty video production team, alongside our larger marketing and content teams, to create high quality video projects for SiteOne. All while building an impressive portfolio and enhancing your skillset. The primary focus for this internship will be video editing, with a secondary focus on videography, light animation, file management and other production-related duties.
We want you to gain valuable knowledge and real work experience as a SiteOne intern. And we’re always open to new ideas, trends, and production methods — so we hope to learn something from you as well.
· Estimated salary range for this role is $17-$25/hr
If you’re passionate about video production and eager to kickstart your career in marketing, this internship is the perfect stepping stone.
· Excellent video editing skills and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for PC.
· Assist video and creative team as they conceptualize, produce, script, film and edit high quality video projects.
· Help categorize and maintain SiteOne’s library of high-quality footage, including b-roll and interviews, for future projects.
· Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling video content.
· Assist SiteOne’s videographer as needed with video acquisition using SiteOne cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
· Occasional light animation skills a plus.
· Strong organizational skills to assist in the production of compelling video projects.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
