Job description
Immediate opening for experienced Bookkeeper – part-time – QuickBooks proficient - Greenwich location – pay rate $30 hr.
Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper - will include but are not limited to the following:
Record donations, expenses, and other financial transactions in QuickBooks
Process invoices, print checks for signature, in put receivables
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Administer payroll processing, using Paycor
General financial reports and provide info for audits
Work with external accountants and auditors as needed
Generate contribution statements for donors
Bookkeeper - candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Proficiency on QuickBooks a must
Min of 5 years exp in similar role – Bookkeeping – exp in non-profit or religious environment, a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and organize, strong level of accounting principles
Able to work independently and high level of attention to detail
