Job description
The bilingual Spanish/English LSW will provide mental health and cooccurring services to individuals enrolled in our Acute Partial Hospital and Outpatient programs,
The LSW will designs and implements wellness and recovery plans, including individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy, and evaluates and documents patient outcomes according to department policy and procedure,
The LSW will interprets nature of illness and prescribed course of treatment to patients and families,
Communicates family issues to other staff members,
Participates in planning conferences,
Maintains up-to-date and complete records of patient information according to established standards,
As a member of the multidisciplinary team, assist in reviewing and updating treatment and discharge plans,
Masters degree required in Social Work; LSW required
Bilingual Spanish/English required
