Description:
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the efficient operation of snowplows and trailers. The job shop will do customization to customer's vehicles, trailers, and equipment. They will install flatbeds, utility bodies, fire bodies, and switch-and-go bodies as well.
The Candidate will do the following
Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on snowplows and trailers to identify and address mechanical issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil/fluid changes, brake adjustments, and hydraulic system checks.
Repair and replace damaged or faulty components to ensure optimal functionality of plows and trailers.
Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure proper operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of snowplow and trailer systems, including hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical components.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Formal education or certification in automotive or related fields is a plus.
