Job description

This is a Field Based opportunity & the ideal candidate will have Extensive RV estimate writing experience & Strong negotiation & communication skills!

Primary Purpose:
Responsible for creating an estimate of damages to 1st and 3rd party material damage of Specialty Vehicles (i.e. RV and Commercial vehicles) within an assigned territory. This includes focusing on the needs of loss participants, identifying customer needs, working to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills and communicating with internal (telephone claims adjusters) and external (policyholders and claimants) shareholders.

Job Summary:

Responsible for creating or auditing a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims in specialty lines leading to the proper disposition. Responsible for training, mentoring, controlling quality and providing technical assistance on material damage claims.

The base range offered for the role is: $62 - $86,000 and may vary based on internal equity, and job-related skills, knowledge and experience; among other factors.
