YOUR ROLE AS AN PROJECT MANAGER
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for guiding projects from the initial purchase orders to their final acceptance. Your role requires you to ensure that the projects are completed with the defined goals in mind, by focusing on quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to act as the main point of contact for all project needs, and you are in charge of scheduling and leading all Buhler Project Management meetings. Collaborating closely with department managers, you aim to facilitate the best possible flow.
You also manage project status reporting, maintain project master files, and handle project changes through CAF, ECR, and NCR. To promote continuous improvement, you lead "Project After Action Reviews" (PAAR). This role may require both international and domestic travel, providing you with opportunities to experience new cultures and develop your skills on a global scale. This exciting position has the potential for up to 25% travel and allows you to make a significant impact while advancing your career with Buhler!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROJECT MANAGER
An understanding of die-casting machinery specifications, automation, and die-casting processes is preferred but not required. Having a PMP certification and German language skills would be a plus. Bring your expert project management skills and help us drive success!
