Job description
Real People recruitment are currently seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join a sporting company on a part-time basis. This position involves providing administrative support to a national sporting body. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations during a maternity cover period.
Job Title: Receptionist and Administrative Assistant - Maternity Cover (Part-Time)
Location : Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
Type : Part-Time (Up to 34 hours per week)
Duration : Maternity Cover – Until Mid-July (may be extended)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, Up to 34 hours per week (3 full days 9am-5pm, and 2 half days 9am-2pm), days TBC at interview
Key Responsibilities: - Working as Receptionist within the offices , answering and directing calls, meeting and greeting visitors to the offices, providing administrative support as required.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks for the back office team.
- Manage and organise office documentation and records.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments.
- Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support in organising events and activities.
- Other general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills: - Previous receptionist experience is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
