NavSav is GROWING and we have a SPOT for YOU ! We are searching for a Director of Commercial Insurance to lead and develop our ever-growing Commercial Lines Division. Our company is rapidly expanding and looking for a dedicated leader to help take our team to the next level! We currently have 70+ locations, over $550M in premium and 360+ employees with huge growth goals! The right leader will be responsible for the oversight and growth of commercial teams across our company nationwide and have the ability to execute, evaluate and implement new processes to support company initiatives, customer satisfaction, and overall production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Insurance sales with a deep knowledge of the sales and retention process, in addition to the market as a whole. They would also have experience recruiting and building out their own sales teams.

Key Performance Indicators: Operational efficiency, customer retention, effective recruitment, new business production, and overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership team to develop and implement strategies according to company growth goals and objectives to successfully grow commercial revenue and achieve company goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans and commercial department opportunities
• Attract top talent to effectively grow commercial team
• Lead team of 100+ commercial sales producers and account managers while ensuring all growth targets are met
• Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with and coordinate across cross functional teams (marketing, personal lines, recruiting, HR, sales, customer service, etc.)
• Maintain responsibility of operating plan budgets while ensuring profitable growth
• Inspire accountability and cultivate high level of talent across our company owned locations
• Other responsibilities as needed or assigned

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• Active General Lines Property and Casualty License
• Proven experience in a Commercial Insurance Sales Leadership role
• Prior success and in depth knowledge of developing and growing a large-scale commercial insurance enterprise, job duties, and the sales/service/renewal/remarket process.
• In-depth understanding of commercial insurance, competitive carriers, best in class systems, industry market research and analysis;
• Strategic mindset with strong Leadership and organizational abilities
• Effective computer skills including agency systems and Microsoft office products
