Elwyn Adult Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Substance Abuse Specialist to support our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program in Georgetown, Delaware.


The Substance Abuse Specialist provides addictions rehabilitation, individual counseling, and staff resource education in a therapeutic setting assisting adult individuals with a primary diagnosis of mental illness and co-existing addictions disorders to achieve social, economic, emotional, and personal independence.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling, psychology, social work (or closely related human services discipline) and 1-2 years of addiction services or counseling work experience.
CADC or equivalent addictions certificate preferred.
Compassion, Composure, and Customer Focus.
