Overview:

As a Manager at Ali Baba's Kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You will lead a team of dedicated individuals, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining our commitment to delicious food and excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with weekend availability and 8-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant
• Manage and motivate a team of dedicated staff members
• Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry is preferred
