Job description

E-commerce program manager

Location: Remote Preferred Chicago, IL

Contract

10+ years of experience in ecommerce program management

Prior experience in managing Healthcare programs

Experience in CPG - Clinical practice guidelines

Prior experience in both B2B and B2C

Communicate and coordinate activities with business teams, IT/systems organizations, and other groups involved in a project

Able to quickly learn multiple business processes and systems

Help schedule and prioritize routine maintenance requests across all ecommerce systems

Interface between brand/business teams and development resources to identify, define and document the project lifecycle

Perform risk assessments, and identify and evaluate alternative solutions

Responsible for overall delivery of solutions into production e-commerce environment

Lead cross-functional team of analysts, developers, testers to deliver solutions

Find consensus among various diverse groups to ensure a 360 implementation to projects/releases

Interface with potential and existing vendors to incorporate tasks/integrations needed for projects and releases

Assist in coordination of the acceptance testing effort
