Job description
As the Restaurant Chief of Operations, you will lead the charge in optimizing restaurant efficiency, ensuring a seamless operational flow, and playing a pivotal role in financial management. Chief Operating Officer Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary up to $240K DOE plus generous bonus potential

Chief Operating Officer Requirements:
- 8+ years of restaurant management, 5+ years of multi-unit (100+ locations)
- Proven track record people focused leadership with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent change management skills with the ability to drive organizational transformation
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Must be fluent in English/Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-unit operations to ensure a high level of operation efficiency, maximized productivity and exceptional guest experiences
- Contribute to the development and execution of company growth and long-term business strategies
- Manage all aspects of operations for our large restaurant company with multiple concepts
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
