Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, accountable, and solution-oriented individual to join our team. This role provides opportunities for in-person and telehealth care, allowing for a flexible and hybrid schedule. As a part of our supportive team, you will have the autonomy to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field
Full/unrestricted clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Colorado
Experience with psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and case notes
Commitment to working with a diverse client base
Proficient in using technology (MacBook, Microsoft Office, EHR systems)
HIPAA-compliant home office for telehealth
Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Credentialing with insurance panels
Sense of humor appreciated!
Responsibilities:

Maintain a caseload of 12 billable clinical hours per week
Evaluate clients, create and implement treatment plans, and complete documentation
Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals
Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
Conduct occasional outreach activities
