Job description
We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our construction team. As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing ground-up construction projects. You will be working with a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you have strong experience in Ground-Up Commercial Construction, we want to hear from you!

As the Superintendent of this construction team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the progress of projects. You will be responsible for hiring sub-contractors, communicating with clients, and ensuring that work is completed as scheduled and within budget.
We are looking for a Superintendent with at least 5 years of experience in Ground-Up Commercial Construction. Skills required for this position include: Ground-Up,Commercial,Construction,Warehouse,K-12,Offices,multi-family,Apartments,Superintendent.
This role offers a salary of $120,000 - $135,000 per year. We also offer vacation & PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Bonus, Relocation, and other perks and commissions as part of our benefits package.
