Our Clinical Managers take their time with each new nurse to be sure you enter the field comfortable and confident in your skills. Pay scale: $30- 32 hourly
$250 Commitment Bonus
$500 awarded after working 40 hours independently in the field
$1,250 awarded after working 1,000 hours independently in the field
