- This position is located in Portland, OR and requires an Oregon CNA license -
$22 - $29.25 DOE $1,600 SIGN-ON BONUS (Full-time employees)! SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS: $2/hr - Monday - Friday - Evening Shifts $3/hr - Friday - NOC Shift $3/hr - Saturday, Sunday - Day, Evening, NOC Shifts SET SCHEDULE Available: Eve and NOC Full Time, Part-time, PRN JOB SUMMARY: As a Certified Nursing Assistant
(CNA) with Sapphire you will assist residents with daily living activities while supporting each individual in reaching theirhealthcare goals. Sapphire will provide the training and resources to keepour Certified Nursing Assistants
(CNA) engaged and maintain top quality skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provideresidents with routine daily nursing care and services
- Chartall appropriate documentation
- Maintainpatient confidentiality
- As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will workwith nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition
- Communicateboth orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc
- Fostera supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
- Adheres to the policies and procedures of the facility
- Otherduties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS: - Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in the State of practice
